Welcome to WAISTwatchers. This program is based on Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen’s book, YOU on a Diet, the owner’s manual for WAIST Management.
The health & fitness program includes:
1. Walking 30 minutes every day
2. Taking nutritional supplements
3. Eating a healthy diet
The program emphasizes working for better health not alone but with others. Although getting inspired to begin a diet and exercise routine can be easy, sticking with the routine is not always easy when you are going it alone. Combining your efforts with just one other person—or, better yet, two or three more---lets each person benefit from the inspiration and strength of the group. You encourage and support each other on the road to fitness and better health; plus you have lots of fun socializing along the way. And there is also the great satisfaction that comes along with helping others. As part of a team, inspiring and challenging each other we can make a permanent change in our lives. It’s a winning formula for everyone!

Weekly meetup support groups
Discussing topics from YOU on a Diet
Sharing favorite YOU on a Diet recipes
Potluck meals (breakfast, lunch, or dinner)
Tracking weight-loss and waist management
Guest speakers
We will use the book: YOU on a Diet by Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen as a reference guide.
