New Britain Youth Theater
New Britain Youth Theater is the newest theater in Connecticut dedicated to working with children and young adults! Performances and programs will be held at Trinity-on-Main in downtown New Britain. According to our mission, NBYT will "enrich the lives of children and young adults by encouraging creative thinking, fostering self-confidence and self-esteem, and developing general life skills through involvement in low-cost programs in the performing and cinematic arts."
Connecticut Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra
The Connecticut Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra is a Connecticut's premier professional chamber orchestra dedicated to presenting both traditional and contemporary classical chamber works to the public. The Connecticut Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra, led by founder and Artistic Director Adrian Sylveen continues to grow in size and repertoire, presenting approximately twenty five regular and educational performances each year in New Britain, New London, Middletown, New York, and, since fall of 2009, in Waterbury. http://www.thevirtuosi.org/
Phoenix is well known for presenting top quality shows such as; Hair, Parallel Lives, Rocky Horror, Cabaret, Evita, The Odd Couple, Nunsense and many more. Phoenix will present their first season at Trinity on Main beginning in March with "The Complete Works of Willam Shakespeare (abridged)."
